Description
With this assignment, we needed to paint three different landscapes using various brushes from the mega pack brush library. The first painting was done with a watercolor brush to create a field of hills under a sunset sky. With the brush and blending tool, I was able to create depth with colors and shapes. The second painting was completed using an acrylic brush. It was challenging due to the brush not blending well with colors, but I managed to create depth and motion by using quick strokes and bright colors to depict the field and mountains. The last painting was done with an oil paintbrush, which I found easier to use than acrylic. I created different hardnesses of strokes to give the painting an artistic style, as well as blocking shapes and colors to enhance the depth of the mountains in my image.
